    Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in its original packaging or on its original pallet to prevent damage during transit.

    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label or coordinate a freight pickup for heavy machinery, ensuring all documentation is clearly visible on the exterior of the package.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
